| RETURNING ATHLETE & SIBLING REGISTRATION DATES February 6 Double Diamond Elem. 10 to 4 Galena, Damonte & Wooster returning athletes & siblings February 20 Marvin Moss Elem. 10 to 4 Reed, Sparks & Spanish Springs returning athletes & siblings February 27 O’Brien Middle School 10 to 4 Reno, McQueen, Hug, & North Valleys returning athletes & siblings OPEN REGISTRATION FOR ALL ATHLETES WILL BEGIN MARCH 13th and run through July 1st so long as roster space is available. Dates, times and locations will be posted on the website. Many teams fill very early, so the sooner participants can register, the better. REGISTRATION FEES Football: $180, includes complete practice and game gear (except cleats) and personalized jersey to keep Football Cheer: $180, includes complete uniform the child keeps, including shoes These prices also include team and individual memory mate photo, and participation trophy Sibling discounts available -- $25 per additional child (must register all siblings at the same time to receive discount) $25 late fee per child for registrations after June 1st, assuming there is roster space available PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE – REGISTER EARLY TO HOLD YOUR CHILD’S SPOT! ALL ATHLETES MUST PAY A MINIMUM OF $50 TO REGISTER (including those on payment plans or requesting financial assistance) Financial Assistance Available, documentation of need required, ask for forms at registration locations DIVISIONS (League Age Determined by Age as of July 31, 2010) Bandit Ages 6 & 7 Maverick Ages 7 & 8 Renegade Ages 8 & 9 Freshman Ages 9 & 10 Junior Varsity Ages 10 & 11 Varsity Ages 11 & 12 Collegiate Ages 12, 13 & 14* *Age 14 and not in high school (football only) BRING TO REGISTRATION: *Your child (to help with sizing, and choosing jersey number) *Completed registration forms (available online – or you can complete them at registration) *A copy of your child’s birth certificate (REQUIRED to verify league age) *A copy of your child’s latest report card (REQUIRED for zoning) *Minimum $50 payment per child being registered (cash, check, money order, or credit card) Gate Entry Fees will be $3 for regular season games for those 18 and up Booster passes are available ($20 admits one, $30 admits two adults to all regular season games) YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR CHILD IN PERSON AT AN OFFICIAL REGISTRATION SITE.
